Conference Catering

The catering is an important part of the conference and there are a number of options for dining at Kitley.

Originally the Library of the house, the luxurious Terrace Restaurant and Bar is reputed for its excellence and retains the rich colour scheme and opulent features of its former Victorian years. Open all day for business breakfasts, lunches, evening meals, snacks and drinks, diners can enjoy stunning views over the private lake throughout the year. In the Summer, The Terrace is a popular place to meet and enjoy the peace and sunshine.

The Regency Room opens out to the fountain garden and is suitable for smaller groups of up to 50.

The Drawing Room with its cosy atmosphere is suitable for private groups up to 20.

To broadly indicate the range of content open to you our Chef Vivien Marshall has created sample menus for served functions in our Library, Regency Room or Drawing Room. Menu selection is important to our guests and we will present a range of choices for you following our initial discussions in order to enhance this unique occasion. The menu content is your individual choice and we will make every effort to meet your requirements. Naturally some dishes are available on a seasonal basis and guidance will be given on such items to ensure that the food is presented and served at its best.

Each conference is treated independently and we will develop both dining menus and catering services to suit your needs.
