Directions By Road From Exeter - about 45 minutes Follow the A38 towards plymouth and exit at the first sign for the Yealmpton (A3121) follow road and turn right onto the A379 towards Yealmpton. Drive through Yealmpton, the hotel is on the Left Hand side as you leave the village. Drive through the archway and stay on the drive for almost a mile.
