By Road
From Exeter - about 45 minutes
Follow the A38 towards plymouth and exit at the first sign for the Yealmpton (A3121) follow road and turn right onto the A379 towards Yealmpton. Drive through Yealmpton, the hotel is on the Left Hand side as you leave the village. Drive through the archway and stay on the drive for almost a mile.
From Plymouth - about 15 minutes
Follow signs for A379 towards Kingsbridge - entrance on the right hand side between Brixton and Yealmpton.

By Sea
From Millbay Docks in Plymouth's City Centre, Brittany Ferries operates a seven days a week crossing service during the summer months (15 March - 15 November) between Plymouth and Roscoff as well as Plymouth and Spain. In winter, a weekly service operates between Plymouth and Roscoff only. Approximately 20 minutes.
