AwayDays & Team Building Events - many local organisations use the peace and quiet of Kitley to leave the world behind for some in-depth soul searching! There are plenty of break out areas where formal and informal discussions can take place way from the meeting. Outside activities make use of the extensive grounds with Archery, 4x4, Target Golf, Rodeo and Laser Pigeon Shooting reguarly featuring. For the more adventurous Game Shooting, Fishing, Yatching, Horse Riding and Power Boating all take place within 20 minutes of the hotel.

Meetings - the range of room sizes suit many clients and as styles of meetings vary - so does the room selected.

Residential Conferences - a popular place to bring teams together with many meetings continuing over dinner. The high standard of catering and service ensures that the focus is on the business in hand. 

Training Courses - for the regular training courses Kitley provides a flexible and consistent environment. As well as the regular 2,3 and 4 day courses there are also many that meet on a bi-monthly or quarterly basis. Easy access to the road and rail network in Devon and Cornwall is ensured at Kitley as well as substantial (free) car parking.

Product Launches - recent examples featured a Car Launch in the gardens and Footwear in the Regency Room! Again the ease of access is essential for the client as well as a flexible catering product.

Private Dining - Once again the range of room sizes allow the client to receive the most appropriate room size for the numbers attending. The Drawing Rooms can host up to 20, The Regency up to 30 and The Library up to 45 for Private Dining around one table. Menu's are also flexible with the personal involvement of the catering team to ensure a unique event. 

Banqueting - For the larger groups we recommend banqueting which accommodates from 40 to 80 on round tables up to 12 guests. The catering is designed to deliver a Restaurant Standard product to each guest - every time!
