Q. I have checked availablility
and would like to book the date for a conference. What do you require
for confirmation?
A. Once the date has been
checked and confirmed as available, written confirmation is required
for all bookings. This can be done via email, letter or fax. In
some cases a deposit may be requested.
Q. When do I have to confirm all
of the details?
A. We ask that aproximate
numbers are given on confirmation and final numbers, timings and
all other details required are given at least three days prior to
the booking.
Q. I have booked a conference
but need somewhere for the delegates to go for individual group
discussions. Can you accommodate for this?
A. Yes! We have four flexible
function rooms that are often used for break out areas. Please enquire
with a member of our friendly reception team for availability.
Q. Having booked a conference
which includes catering, I have discovered members of the party
have special dietary requirements and some are vegetarian. Can you
cater for this request and will there be any extra charges?
A. We understand the importance
of excellent cuisine and conference catering is no exception. We
will cater for a wide range of dietary requirements without
extra charges prior to notice. If there is any aspect of catering
that you would like to discuss, please contact a member of our friendly
reception team.

VAT?
A. All of our rates include
VAT AT 17.5%
