To broadly indicate the range of content open to you our Chef Viv Marshall has created a collection of sample menus for served functions in our Function Suites.

Menu selection is important to our guests and we will present a range of choices for you following our initial discussions in order to enhance this unique occasion.

The menu content is your individual choice and we will make every effort to meet your requirements. Naturally some dishes are available on a seasonal basis and guidance will be given on such items to ensure that the food is presented and served at its best. Private dining facilities are often requested and are a popular option for a corporate evening. Private dining is available all year round and is subject to prior arrangement and availablility.

Customers taking advantage of our residential package can request private dining at the time of booking. Each conference is treated independently and we will develop both dining menus, catering services and requirements to suit your needs.
